Why the same word "HIFU" can cost ten times more
The price of a HIFU session is set by four costs, and you can usually guess which one a very cheap price is cutting.
The cartridge. This is the cost outsiders rarely think about, and it is the heaviest one. A genuine cartridge holds a counted number of shots and must be replaced when they run out, so every shot fired is a real cost. A place selling far below the market is often using a cartridge past its shot count, or a non-genuine one. The operator's time. A careful full-face session takes 60 to 75 minutes; face and neck take 75 to 90. A place that books four clients into that same hour is selling you something else.
