What do you want to improve when you look in the mirror?
Clients rarely start with the name of a package. They describe what they see each morning. If one of the four sentences below sounds like you, you already have a starting point for the consultation.

Each sentence points to a different area, and sometimes to two areas that belong together. This is why a consultation at the studio always starts with what you see, not with a price list. Once the description is clear, the rest becomes much easier: which area, how many shots, and how much it costs.
Choose the scope before you choose a package
A package is only a name for a scope. Before you compare one package with another, try to answer the four questions below. Your answers do not need to be perfect. A rough answer is enough to make the conversation with Hugo Beauty shorter and more useful.
- Is it one area, or is the whole face loosening evenly?A mild double chin or a soft jawline in someone under 35 is usually a one-area case. When the cheeks, jawline and neck are all moving down together, working on one spot can look uneven. A full-face plan is then often the better choice, for both the result and the cost.
- How much change do you want?Some people want to look a little fresher, so friends ask if they had a good holiday. Others want a clear step of difference. These two wishes lead to two different shot plans and two different levels of expectation. Saying it early prevents disappointment later.
- What have you done before, and how long ago?HIFU at another studio, Botox, HA injections or a thread lift all affect the timing and the method. Try to remember the machine name, the number of shots and the date. This information is more useful than any description.
- Do you need a result for a specific date, or is this long-term care?If you have a wedding or an event, the booking date must be planned backwards so the result is visible in time. For long-term care, you can start with the area that shows first and add more later.

Cost: know exactly what you are choosing
HIFU prices at Hugo Beauty are listed by area and by package. A single area such as the jawline or the double chin starts from about 1,500,000 VND. The full-face, neck and double-chin package is about 5,500,000 VND. These are prices for one complete session with an agreed number of shots, not a price per visit. When two HIFU quotes in Saigon are different, the reason is usually not the package name. It is three things underneath: the real number of shots for each area, the cartridge depth used for that area, and the machine. So whether you choose Hugo Beauty or another studio, please confirm these four points before the session starts:
The number of shots for each area, written down and explained before you start, not only one total number.
Which cartridge depth is used for which area, explained in simple words: thin areas such as the forehead and around the eyes use shallow depths; thicker areas such as the cheeks and jawline use deeper ones.
What the total price includes: numbing cream, the session itself, aftercare instructions, and whether anything is charged separately.
The expected result and timeline, given as a range in advance, not as a promise of one number.
When these four points are clear, you are choosing a specific plan, not a name. And if the skin assessment shows that you need one area instead of the whole face, Kieu will tell you directly, even if this means you spend less than you planned.
Speak directly with the person who performs the session
At Hugo Beauty, the person who advises you and the person who holds the handpiece are the same: Pham Thuy Kieu, Founder · Aesthetic & Skincare Specialist. You do not explain your situation to one person and then have the session done by someone else who never heard it. What you write on WhatsApp the day before is what Kieu has already read when you walk in.
The consultation at the studio is short and practical. Kieu checks your skin in natural light, feels the tissue thickness at the cheeks, jawline and under the chin, and explains what is happening in everyday language. Then you receive three clear answers: which areas, how many shots per area, and the total cost. If HIFU is not the right choice for you at this moment, you will hear that too, instead of an invitation to try.
The machine at the studio is the Ultraformer MPT with depth-specific cartridges. It stays at 38/14A Nguyen Van Troi and does not travel. You can see the machine, ask about the shot counter and ask how Kieu chooses the cartridge for each area during the consultation. You can write in English on WhatsApp, and the conversation continues in the same simple language at the studio.
Look at before-and-after photos with the right expectations
Before-and-after photos are the fastest way to see what HIFU can do, as long as you read them correctly. Hugo Beauty photographs clients from the same angle, in the same light, without editing, and notes the time since the session. You can view these photos on the HIFU before-and-after results page before you send a message.
Please keep three things in mind. First, HIFU improves gradually. Right after the session and for the first 1–2 weeks, the skin feels slightly tighter as old collagen contracts; the real result builds gradually over the following 8–12 weeks as new collagen forms. The result is clearest at month 2–3, once the new collagen has formed. Second, the lift and firming are moderate. They are enough to make the face look tighter and fresher, but they are not the same as a surgical facelift and are not meant to replace one. Third, each person responds differently. Tissue thickness, age, skin condition and aftercare all play a role, so two people with the same number of shots can see two different levels of change.
One session typically holds for 12–18 months and then fades gradually with age and skincare habits. If a client photo makes you expect more than this, please say so during the consultation, so Kieu can adjust the plan before you decide.

Write a few lines on WhatsApp about what you want to improve. If possible, add one front photo and two side-profile photos, left and right, taken in natural light, without filters. The photos are used only to advise you.

Discuss what is still unclear
Kieu replies directly: the areas to consider, the expected number of shots, the price range, and how to prepare for the session. You can ask as many follow-up questions as you like. There is no pressure to decide.
Step 3
Confirm the plan and the time
When you agree with the plan, both sides confirm the date and time. At the studio, Kieu checks your skin once more and confirms the shot count before starting. After the session, you receive aftercare instructions to protect the result.
Frequently asked questions
I do not know which area I need. Can I get advice before I book?
Yes. Send a WhatsApp message describing what you want to improve, with a front photo and two side-profile photos (left and right) if possible. Kieu will reply with the areas to consider, the expected number of shots and the price range before you decide whether to visit the studio.
What happens during the consultation at the studio?
Kieu checks your skin in natural light, feels the tissue thickness at the cheeks, jawline and under the chin, and then explains three things: which areas to do, how many shots per area and the total cost. You can decide on the same day or take time to think. There is no pressure to have the session that day.
Can I have the consultation and the session on the same visit?
Yes, if you have already discussed your plan on WhatsApp and there is no reason to wait, such as recent HA injections, a recent laser session or irritated skin. Please allow extra time for the numbing cream, and mention this when you book so the studio reserves a long enough time slot.
I had HIFU elsewhere and saw no result. Should I try again at Hugo Beauty?
Please bring the details of the previous session: the machine, the number of shots and the date. Kieu will assess your skin and tissue again to see what was missing last time, such as energy, shot count, cartridge depth or expectations. HIFU is usually one session, maintained every 12–18 months, so the timing of a new session is also planned around that interval.
Is the price quoted on WhatsApp different from the price at the studio?
Prices follow the public price list on the website. The final plan is confirmed only after the skin assessment at the studio, but it stays within the range given on WhatsApp. If anything changes about the areas or the number of shots, you are told before the session starts, not after it ends.
Where is Hugo Beauty, and how do I get there?
The studio is at 38/14A Nguyen Van Troi Street, Cau Kieu Ward (formerly Phu Nhuan District), Ho Chi Minh City, about ten minutes by car from Tan Son Nhat Airport and close to District 1 and District 3.
