A Session That Fits Inside a Working Day
Hugo Beauty is open 10:00–19:00 every day of the week, weekends included. Male clients tend to pick one of two slots: 12:00–13:30 over lunch, or 17:30–19:00 after work. Here is how a jawline and neck session runs.
Minutes 0–15 · Conversation and skin assessment. You sit down with Kieu: what bothers you, when you notice it, any photo you would like to show. We check by hand to separate fat from loose skin, because the two call for different approaches.
Minutes 15–30 · Cleansing and numbing cream. The area is cleansed, numbing cream is applied and given time to take effect. If you want to answer emails while you wait, that is completely fine.
Minutes 30–75 · The session itself. You lie back while the cartridge moves line by line along the jaw and neck. It feels like short, rhythmic waves of warmth that appear and fade. We check in on the energy level throughout so you stay comfortable.
Minutes 75–90 · Soothing and aftercare. A calming mask, sunscreen, and what to do for the next 48 hours. Then you wash up, put your shirt back on and leave.

For male clients, three things usually matter more than technique: only one client is booked per time slot, the session takes place in a private room and there is no shared waiting area; everything you discuss and every photo taken stays confidential and is never used for anything else without your consent; and you work with one person from the first consultation to the last session.
